- We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:

- Returns should be sent to the following address: 912 Pulaski Highway, Goshen NY 10924, USA.
- If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Return processing time takes up to 14 business days
- Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
